esp consulting has just successfully completed pilot teacher training for the new Edexcel Effective Behaviors for Work suite of qualifications. These qualifications certificate the learner in a specified grouping of soft skills competencies, based on their individual strengths and weaknesses, and tailored to their professional goals. The aim of the pilot process was to gain valuable insight and information about the facilitation of these qualifications, and to administer the experiential learning methodology to different target groups with different structured deliveries. esp consulting’s role was to design, implement and support the teacher training as well as to create relevant teaching and learning packs for the pilot programme.

Teachers world wide have been successfully trained and enthused to facilitate EBW at their centre and to incorporate the units into existing curriculum. Learner training will take on many forms and will run through 2010.
