esp consulting was invited to bid for an unusual research project for Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, a global insurance company specialising in integrated insurance, risk management and claims management provision. This was to be a confidential, innovative large-scale research project to support a unique insurance concept being developed by Mitsui. In order to fulfil the brief, esp consulting assembled an international expert team of psychologists and action researchers as the project involved developing innovative solutions to assessing insurance risk and its link with behavourial competences. This team was key to winning the bid.

esp consulting worked quickly and expertly to the teams' strengths to create a succinct and fascinating report which has served to build a new platform for assessing insurance risk. The project was large-scale involving considerable teamwork, management and rigorous international research, both primary and secondary.
