It is unusual for a small consultancy firm to partner with a major business school but esp consulting did just that for a number of years, recognising the huge synergies and benefits such collaboration can create. The European Business School London (EBSL), is a leading international business school preparing students for careers in high profile business environments. This relationship was based on collaboration and trust. esp consulting sees collaboration and partnership of this kind as vital to effective business development and planning.

What could be better than a business student eager to test her skills and a non-profit desperate for business expertise? With this in mind esp consulting created a unique partnership between EBSL and our own educational projects. The non-profit received great help from EBSL's bright young minds, while students benefited from a 'real world' challenge.

Although the consultancy no longer works with EBSL, as a result of working together, EBSL now partner with a mentoring programme which esp consulting designed. This has meant that the mentoring has been officially accredited as part of a Masters Programme. This has created yet further synergies between the senior executives taking part in the training and EBSL students who conduct work experience for the SME's involved in the mentoring programme.
