esp consulting has worked closely with Edexcel to develop the Effective Behaviours For Work (EBW) suite of qualifications that is being launched later this year. These programmes focus on developing soft skills and employability and certificate learners who evidence their progression and personal development. EBW measures and helps further develop these soft skills in business through a rigorous set of units mapped to EQ competencies with content based on experiential learning methodology. EBW has been instigated by independent research conducted world-wide and has been developed by psychologists and educationalists in the soft skills and behavioral fields. This qualification is the first of its kind and ground breaking in the education field.

Our new training arm, esp effective solutions is the preferred partner of Edexcel for training and support of EBW and the corresponding soft skills teacher training certification. We are now offering EBW courses to corporates world wide using our international network of specialized and multi-lingual trainers. Our trainers have been directly involved in the design and mapping of the EBW qualification and are best placed to add value to your company through effective training techniques, consultancy and mentorship before, during and after the training program.
