esp consulting has been adding value and making a meaningful difference to organisations since 2001. We work with a range of private, public and non-profit clients to provide effective solutions for their individual needs.
Our main emphasis is on;
We have been especially active with companies in countries undergoing major transition.
We also consult pro bono for several charitable organisations and have developed award winning educational programmes that help young offenders and young people in the care of the local authority.
In order to effectively meet an international demand for soft skills training and support, esp consulting has created a new training arm, esp effective solutions, which offers both teacher training in academic settings as well as training to learners in corporates worldwide. This training equips learners to have the necessary behaviours needed for becoming effective individuals in their job roles. Studies have shown that the dearth in development for students entering the workplace can be attributed to their ability to effectively deal with situations that arise everyday and to manage their workload successfully.
esp consulting and esp effective solutions draws on an international network of experienced professional associates with relevant expertise. The approach is highly collaborative and tailored for each client. All projects are designed and overseen by the director, Emma-Sue Prince BA, PGCE, RSA DipTEFL, CIPD, CIM, MBA (Cranfield).
"Working with esp consulting is fantastic. As an associate consultant, I can vouch for the extreme professionalism, control and commitment that go into every project. Absolutely excellent people are involved at all levels and are derived from a truly comprehensive network. Work is done on time, to budget and with every detail in place. This is far better value for money than you can get in a bigger outfit, at an exceptional quality."
