We have been especially active with companies in countries undergoing major transition.

We also consult pro bono for several charitable organisations and have developed award winning educational programmes that help young offenders and young people in the care of the local authority.

In order to effectively meet an international demand for soft skills training and support, esp consulting has created a new training arm, esp effective solutions, which offers both teacher training in academic settings as well as training to learners in corporates worldwide.  This training equips learners to have the necessary behaviours needed for becoming effective individuals in their job roles. Studies have shown that the dearth in development for students entering the workplace can be attributed to their ability to effectively deal with situations that arise everyday and to manage their workload successfully.

esp consulting and esp effective solutions draws on an international network of experienced professional associates with relevant expertise.
